I have a passion for empowering and caring for people. I possess a strong work ethic and have strategies to stay organised whilst multitasking; these attributes allow me to work independently at a high standard.

I have a high level of experience within the disability sector across diverse diagnoses and age groups. With competencies in facilitating supported independent living supports for NDIS participants, managing support worker caseloads and overseeing successful operation of practice related management.

This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements completing a 40 hour work week with billable hours set at an achievable 20 per week*. These billable hours can include, community-based home visits, school visits, report writing and stakeholder meetings. Therapy occurs through a one-on-one personal approach to each participant. Your supervising Allied Health Professional will provide you with a detailed plan and handover for each client to help guide you during therapy sessions with confidence.

I have worked with Allied Health Professionals to assist people reach their individual goals via implementing therapy plans. I have a high level of experience within the disability sector across diverse diagnoses and age groups. I have competencies in facilitating therapy plans, advocating for people living with a disability and working with stakeholders to ensure people are well supported.

I am kind, patient and understanding. I love to assist people in goals and help to provide my clients with the tools to achieve whichever goal they have set out in front of themselves. I believe that everyone deserves equity, the ability to be lifted up and have the required resources to support the clients needs.

I am highly motivated by individuality and choice and deeply passionate about positively impacting people’s lives by providing encouragement and guidance on their personal journeys.
